1️⃣ Aadhaar Card (Mandatory for All Candidates)


The Aadhaar card must reflect accurate and updated details, including:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Date of birth (as per Class 10 certificate)
  • Latest photograph
  • Current address
  • Father’s name

⚠️ Any mismatch between Aadhaar and academic records may lead to rejection.


2️⃣ UDID Card / Disability Certificate (PwD Candidates Only)


  • Applicable for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
  • UDID Card / Disability Certificate must be valid, updated, and renewed, wherever required
  • Incomplete or expired certificates may lead to denial of PwD benefits


3️⃣ Category Certificate (EWS / SC / ST / OBC-NCL)


  • Category certificates must be:
    • Valid
    • Updated
    • Issued as per Government of India norms
  • Applicable categories:
    • Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
    • Scheduled Caste (SC)
    • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
    • Other Backward Classes – Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL)
