About the Internship
The selected Legal Research Intern will work in a remote/online environment and will be expected to undertake legal research-related assignments.
The internship is particularly suited to candidates who have an interest in Intellectual Property Law and want to develop familiarity with practical aspects of IP research and IP Office practice.
Eligibility
The opportunity is open to:
- Law students
- Recent law graduates
An understanding of fundamental concepts of Intellectual Property Law is preferred.
Basic familiarity with IP Office practice will be an added advantage, particularly knowledge of:
- Public search;
- Application status;
- Examination reports; and
- Relevant IP Office forms.
Practice Area
The internship will primarily provide exposure to Intellectual Property Law and legal research.
Namami Law Offices' practice areas include trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial designs, IP licensing, entertainment contracts, digital media and technology law, and food labelling and regulatory compliance.
