- Drafting and vetting of contracts, MoUs, undertakings, and other legal documents
- Issuing legal opinions on matters involving financial transactions and regulatory compliance
- Representing SIDBI in court cases including matters under:
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- SARFAESI Act
- Managing recovery and enforcement proceedings against borrowers
- Handling issues related to property mortgages, title due diligence, and securities
- Liaisoning with external legal counsel and regulators like RBI, SEBI, and the Ministry of Finance
