The AICC Law, Human Rights & RTI Department is a specialized wing of the Indian National Congress focusing on:

• Legal policy monitoring
• Human rights protection
• RTI-based accountability

The department is currently chaired by Abhishek Manu Singhvi and runs fellowship programmes for young legal professionals.

About the Fellowship

This fellowship offers young law graduates a chance to work on legislative, constitutional, and policy matters, while closely engaging with Members of Parliament.

Programme Overview

The fellowship provides hands-on experience in:

• Legislative work
• Constitutional law issues
• Policy research and analysis

Role of the Fellow

Selected fellows will:

• Conduct legislative research on Bills, amendments, and committee reports
• Draft parliamentary questions, interventions, and debate briefs
• Monitor key legal and policy developments

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) from recognised universities
• Age: 24–30 years

Duration

📅 June to August 2026 (Approx. 3 Months)

Stipend

💰 ₹50,000 per month
