• Draft, review & negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs
• Provide legal advisory to business, HR, compliance & risk teams
• Ensure compliance with RBI and banking regulations
• Support litigation & coordinate with external counsel
• Identify legal risks & suggest mitigation strategies
• Assist in governance, policy drafting & legal processes
• Liaise with regulators and stakeholders
