About the Internship

EL Bharat Law LLP is inviting applications for Legal Interns interested in gaining exposure to International Immigration Law and Corporate Drafting.

Interns will work closely with the leadership team on real-world cross-border cases, including documentation for European work permits and B2B partnership frameworks.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme
• Have a strong interest in:
  • Global Mobility
  • International Private Law
  • Labour & Employment Law
• Possess excellent drafting skills in English
• Be proficient in digital tools and legal research platforms

Work Profile

Interns will be involved in:

• Drafting and vetting international service agreements and B2B contracts
• Conducting legal research on EU immigration laws (Metaklisi, Golden Visa, Work Permits)
• Assisting in preparation of legal documentation kits
• Researching IPR strategies for international business expansion
• Supporting corporate and NRI compliance documentation
