About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure to banking laws, financial regulations, debt recovery, and arbitration proceedings, making it a niche opportunity for those interested in finance-law intersections.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be pursuing an LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Have a strong interest in banking and financial laws
- Possess good skills in legal drafting, documentation, and research
- Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Be capable of handling multiple assignments with deadlines
Responsibilities
Interns will work on:
- Drafting legal notices, agreements, and settlement documents
- Conducting research on banking laws and financial regulations
- Assisting in arbitration proceedings and documentation
- Working on matters under:
- Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
- Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act
- Assisting in loan settlement matters (secured & unsecured)
- Supporting negotiations with banks, NBFCs, and creditors
- Assisting in client communication and interactions
