About the Internship

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be law students willing to undertake a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara for the entire internship period.
- Outstation candidates must be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense for the duration of the internship.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will work on:
- Corporate law research.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements.
- Intellectual Property (IP) research, including IP law analysis, IP searches, and statutory frameworks.
- Legal content creation and structured legal writing.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational legal functions.
Stipend
This is a non-stipendiary internship.
