About the Internship

Capgemini is seeking proactive and detail-oriented law students for its Long-Term Legal Internship. The internship provides practical exposure to multiple areas of corporate legal practice, including:

• Contracts
• Employment Advisory
• Corporate Law
• Intellectual Property
• Litigation

Interns will work alongside the legal team and contribute to various legal and compliance-related assignments.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be in the final or pre-final year of an LL.B. or integrated B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. programme.
• Possess strong analytical, legal research, and legal writing skills.
• Have prior internship experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex legal issues.
• Assist in drafting agreements, legal reports, replies to notices, MIS reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support the legal team in day-to-day corporate legal matters.

Stipend

A stipend will be provided to the selected interns.
