About the Internship
Pepperfry is looking to onboard a Legal Intern for its in-house legal department. The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of corporate legal practice, enabling interns to work closely with experienced legal professionals on business-critical legal matters.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Students in the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
- Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
Preference will be given to candidates from leading law schools with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in corporate and commercial law.
Roles and Responsibilities
During the internship, selected candidates will gain practical exposure to:
- Commercial contracts and contract management.
- Corporate legal advisory.
- Litigation support.
- Regulatory and legal compliance.
- Legal research and drafting.
- General in-house legal work.
