The online application process will begin on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

The last date to submit the online application and pay the prescribed examination fee is October 5, 2026, up to 11:00 PM.

The correction window will remain open from October 12 to October 14, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the SPA and PA posts must have a graduation degree from a recognised university.

In addition to the educational qualification, candidates are required to possess the prescribed typing, shorthand and computer skills.

For the Senior Personal Assistant post, candidates must have an English shorthand speed of 110 words per minute, while candidates applying for the Personal Assistant post must have an English shorthand speed of 100 words per minute.

For both posts, an English typing speed of 40 words per minute and good working knowledge of computers are required.

Age Limit

The prescribed age limit is 18 to 32 years as on January 1, 2026.

Age relaxation will be available to candidates belonging to eligible reserved categories, PwBD candidates and other categories as per the applicable rules.

Candidates are advised to carefully check the official recruitment notification for category-wise age relaxation and other conditions.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the General, OBC-NCL and EWS categories are required to pay an examination fee of ₹1,500.

For candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwBD categories, the examination fee is ₹1,300.

The fee is to be paid within the prescribed application period.

Selection Process

The Delhi High Court recruitment process will consist of four stages:

  1. English Typing Test
  2. English Shorthand Test
  3. Main Descriptive Examination
  4. Interview

Candidates will have to qualify at the respective stages of the selection process as prescribed by the High Court.

Main Descriptive Examination

The Main Examination will assess candidates on various aspects of English language proficiency. The examination will include areas such as:
