University of Allahabad Announces B.A.LL.B. (Hons) End Semester Exam Schedule for 2024–25 Session
Semester IV, VI, VIII & X Exams to Begin from May 1, 2025; Schedule Includes Ex-Students and Second Attempt Candidates
Prayagraj, April 17, 2025:
The University of Allahabad has released the official date sheet for B.A.LL.B. (Hons) IVth, VIth, VIIIth, and Xth semester end semester examinations for the academic year 2024–25. The schedule also includes examinations for second attempt and ex-students from previous academic sessions (2023–24). The exams are set to commence on May 1, 2025, and will continue until May 16, 2025.
As per the notice signed by the Joint Registrar (Exam), the examinations will be conducted in two shifts — Morning (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM) and Evening (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM) across respective Own Units.
Morning Session (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM): Semester IV & X

- May 1, 2025 – Paper I: Political Science-V
- May 6, 2025 – Paper II: Political Science-VI
- May 8, 2025 – Paper III: Administrative Law
- May 10, 2025 – Paper IV: Constitutional Law-II
- May 14, 2025 – Paper V: Law of Contract-II
- May 16, 2025 – Paper VI: Family Law-I / Family Law-II (Ex/Second)
Semester X Exam Schedule
- May 1, 2025 – Law of Patents
- May 5, 2025 – Labour & Industrial Law-II
- May 7, 2025 – Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing
- May 9, 2025 – Professional Ethics
Evening Session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM): Semester VI & VIII

- May 5, 2025 – Company Law
- May 7, 2025 – Law of Crimes-II

Important Instructions and Notes
- Students must appear at their Own Units as per the time and paper mentioned.
- Candidates are advised to carry their university admit cards and valid ID proofs to the exam centers.
- Any clash of papers or discrepancies should be reported to the university authorities well in advance.
- Students attempting second or ex-papers should refer to the exact subject listed for that category.
