About the Internship

NC Legal is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship for law students seeking practical exposure in both litigation and corporate advisory work. Interns will work closely with experienced advocates and gain hands-on experience in complex legal matters, court proceedings, and transactional work.

Scope of Work

Selected interns will be involved in:

Assisting in corporate and commercial litigation matters

Working on white collar crime and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases

Supporting M&A transactions, arbitration proceedings, and IPR-related matters

Drafting contracts, legal notices, and pleadings

Conducting legal research and assisting in due diligence

Attending court hearings and observing litigation strategy

Assisting in client advisory and documentation work

Eligibility Criteria

4th or 5th year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme

2nd year or final year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Disciplined, punctual, and able to meet strict deadlines

Internship Details

Location: New Delhi

Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance)

Stipend: Paid (details to be communicated by the firm)
