• Structuring VC Transactions
• Drafting and negotiating key legal documents such as:
  • Term Sheets
  • Share Subscription Agreements (SSAs)
  • Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
  • Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs)
  • Co-Founders’ Agreements
  • Escrow Agreements
  • ESOP Policies
  • Advisory Stock Agreements
• Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups
• Managing transaction closures and formalities
