Delhi University UG Admission 2025: CSAS Portal Now Live
Delhi University (DU) has officially opened the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS UG) 2025 portal for undergraduate admissions for the academic session 2025-26. Candidates can register through the official portal – ugadmission.uod.ac.in – using their CUET UG 2025 scores.
Three-Phase Admission Process under CSAS(UG)-2025
Admissions for undergraduate programmes will be held in three phases:
- Phase 1: Candidate Registration and Application
- Phase 2: Programme and College Preference Selection (post CUET UG results)
- Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Admission Confirmation
New Updates in DU Admission 2025
This year, DU has introduced Class 10 board marks as an additional tie-breaker alongside CUET and Class 12 marks, to resolve cases of identical scores. The portal now also features an auto-accept feature to ensure students don’t miss out on seat allotments due to delayed responses.
Candidates can apply using two subject combinations:
- One language + three subjects, or
- Two languages + two subjects
The combination with the higher CUET score will be considered.
Also, the 30% minimum language score requirement for BSc (Hons) has been removed.

Delhi University is offering:
- 79 UG programmes
- Across 69 colleges
- With a total of 71,624 seats
- 186 B.A. Programme combinations available
Skill-Based & Integrated Courses Introduced
Apart from traditional programmes, DU has also launched:
- Skill-based UG courses under the Centre for Innovative Skill-Based Courses
- Five-year integrated law and BTech programmes
- School of Open Learning (SOL) UG and PG courses
For SOL PG courses, CUET scores will be considered except for MBA, BLISc, MLISc, and PGDADLM, which will continue with merit-based admission.

Delhi University has already allotted 11,314 PG seats, with 2,000 candidates accepting seats within hours. This year’s PG offerings include:
- 82 PG programmes
- New additions: MA in Tourism Management and Hindi Journalism
- One-seat single-girl child quota in every PG programme
- Upcoming course: MA in Journalism (English Department)
