Sahityam India Launches Online Poetry Competition "Sahityam Shabd Sarovar"

A Unique Opportunity for Budding Poets to Shine

In an inspiring initiative to promote the art of poetry and encourage literary expression, Sahityam India has officially launched its online poetry competition titled Sahityam Shabd Sarovar. The competition is open to all poetry lovers across the country, providing a platform to share their original work and connect with a wider audience.

Registration and Submission Details

Participants can register through a Google Form with a nominal fee of ₹100. Poets have the freedom to submit their entries in either written format or as a video recitation, ensuring inclusivity for all styles of expression.

Extended Deadline:
Due to overwhelming response and multiple requests, the last date to register has been extended to 9th June 2025.


Exciting Prizes and Recognition

Sahityam India has announced cash prizes for the top 3 winners:

  • 🥇 First Prize: ₹500
  • 🥈 Second Prize: ₹300
  • 🥉 Third Prize: ₹200

In addition, the top 10 poets will be given an exclusive chance to perform live in an Open Mic Program organized by Sahityam India in July 2025.

All participants will receive digital certificates as a token of appreciation and recognition for their contribution.

Ensuring Transparency and Fair Judgement

To uphold integrity and fairness, Sahityam India assures a transparent evaluation process. The names and poems of the winners, along with their photographs, will be featured on all official social media platforms of Sahityam India, celebrating their talent publicly.
