Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, established under the Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act, 2018, is committed to value-based legal education and ethical professional training. DNLU has emerged as a hub for excellence in legal learning, fostering intellectual rigor and global relevance.
The University has announced its India Juris–DNLU National Moot Court Competition 2025, organized in association with India Juris, Advocates & Solicitors. This national-level event invites law students across India to demonstrate advocacy, legal drafting, and courtroom skills in a real-world simulation.
⚖️ Theme & Purpose
The moot court will center on Corporate Law, aiming to explore intricate legal questions surrounding corporate responsibilities, litigation, and compliance. The proposition challenges participants’ knowledge of corporate jurisprudence and the application of law in complex business settings.
The competition is an opportunity for aspiring advocates to sharpen their legal reasoning, strengthen argumentation, and engage with top legal minds in the country.
✅ Eligibility Criteria & Team Details
- Students must be enrolled in a 5-year integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. program from any recognized law college in India.
- Each institution can send a maximum of 2 teams.
- Each team must have 2 or 3 members: either two speakers, or two speakers and one researcher.
