Initial tenure of 2 years

Extendable as per government norms and performance

🎓 Educational Qualification

LLB degree from a recognised university

📚 Experience Requirement

Senior Legal Consultant:

Minimum 15 years of professional legal experience

Legal Consultant:

Minimum 10 years of professional legal experience

🧾 Nature of Work

Selected consultants will be involved in:

Legal analysis, drafting, advisory and opinions

Telecom laws, licensing and spectrum-related matters

Issues under the Telecommunications Act, 2023

Matters relating to TRAI Act, 1997 and related rules

Examination of legislative proposals from other Ministries

Legal vetting of treaties, agreements and international conventions

Regulatory governance and policy-level legal support
