Applications have been invited for the Judicial Internship Programme under the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh for the months of August 2026 and September 2026. About the Internship
Selected interns will have the opportunity to work directly with the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, assisting in judicial research and related legal work. The internship aims to familiarize students with court functioning, judicial decision-making, and the practical aspects of legal research.
This internship is ideal for students interested in litigation, judicial clerkships, constitutional law, and legal research.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy either of the following conditions:
- Students in the 4th or final year of a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (or equivalent) programme; or
- Students in the 2nd year (4th semester) or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Applications will be accepted only through the prescribed Google Form.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed approximately two weeks before the commencement of the internship.
- Final selection will be based on the candidate's merit and performance in a typed brief-making exercise.
- Candidates who do not receive any communication should treat their application as unsuccessful.
