Advocate Pranav Singh Gautam has invited applications for a Legal Internship for the month of August 2026. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical litigation exposure by observing and assisting in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various other courts and tribunals in Delhi.

The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, registry work, and case preparation while allowing interns to balance their academic commitments through flexible working hours.

About the Internship

The August 2026 Legal Internship aims to provide aspiring litigators with practical exposure to court proceedings and litigation practice. Interns will work closely on ongoing matters and gain insight into the functioning of India's highest courts and judicial institutions.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

• Have completed at least the 3rd year of a 5-year LL.B. programme, or
• Have completed at least the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Possess prior internship experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

• Conduct legal research.
• Assist in drafting miscellaneous applications.
• Handle registry-related tasks.
• Prepare briefs on ongoing matters.

Workplace Exposure

Interns will have the opportunity to observe and assist in proceedings before:

• Supreme Court of India.
• Delhi High Court.
• Various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
