Designed for students who are eager to learn through meaningful participation rather than passive observation, the internship provides practical exposure across litigation, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

About KMJ Legal

KMJ Legal is a boutique law chamber based in New Delhi, specialising in civil, criminal, commercial, and regulatory litigation, along with corporate and international policy advisory. The chamber provides comprehensive legal services while offering young legal professionals practical exposure to diverse areas of legal practice.

About the Internship

The internship is a full-time, in-person programme aimed at providing law students with practical training through active involvement in legal research, drafting assignments, and day-to-day legal work. Interns will work closely with the legal team and gain valuable experience in professional legal practice.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be currently in the penultimate or final year of an LL.B. or integrated B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. programme.
Possess strong legal research and writing skills.
Have an interest or prior exposure to litigation, corporate, or commercial laws.
Have a good command of English and legal drafting.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

Assist with legal research.
Support legal drafting assignments.
Participate in hands-on legal work.
Demonstrate discipline, responsiveness, and professional responsibility throughout the internship.
