About the Internship
The Intern – Intellectual Property role provides hands-on exposure to various aspects of patent and trademark law, including legal research, patent drafting, trademark clearance, patentability assessment, and IP portfolio management.

Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Law degree or a related field.

- Perform prior art searches using databases such as USPTO, EPO, Orbit, and Google Patents.
- Summarise research findings for research and development teams.
- Manage invention disclosures and assist in preliminary patentability assessments.
- Support patent portfolio management by maintaining patent dockets and tracking deadlines.
- Conduct trademark clearance searches for proposed brand names, logos, and slogans.
- Monitor potential trademark infringements and assist in enforcement and opposition matters.
