Strong Response for PGAT-2025 Reflects Student Interest in Higher Studies
Allahabad University has witnessed a strong response for its Postgraduate Admission Test (PGAT-2025), with thousands of candidates registering across the country. The university’s efforts in streamlining the application process have proven successful, drawing wide participation for the academic session 2024-25.

- Total Registrations: 53,974
- Final Applications Submitted (Fee Paid): 27,091

Applications are being accepted for 60 postgraduate courses under PGAT-I and PGAT-II categories.
Registration Fees Structure
Candidates were required to pay registration fees based on their category and the type of test:
PGAT-I Courses:
- Unreserved, EWS, OBC: ₹1000
- SC/ST/PwD: ₹500
PGAT-II Courses:
- Unreserved, EWS, OBC: ₹1600
- SC/ST/PwD: ₹800
