CUET (UG) 2025 Exam Cancelled for 76 Candidates at Kite Polytechnic, Srinagar Due to Technical Glitch
New Delhi, May 14, 2025:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the cancellation of the CUET (UG) 2025 examination that was scheduled for May 13, 2025 (Shift II) at Kite Polytechnic, Vawoosa, Rangreth, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. The cancellation affects 76 candidates who were supposed to take the exam at this center.
Reason for Cancellation
According to the public notice released on May 14, 2025, the examination could not be conducted due to technical glitches experienced during the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The NTA clarified that the issue occurred specifically at the Kite Polytechnic exam center and impacted only the 76 candidates assigned to the second shift on that date.
Re-Examination to Be Scheduled
The NTA assured all affected candidates that a fresh examination will be scheduled in the coming days. New dates for the re-examination will be announced shortly, and efforts are being made to ensure that candidates are not disadvantaged due to the unforeseen disruption.
Admit Cards to Be Re-Issued
Admit cards for the re-examination will be issued in due course. The candidates will be informed about the new examination date and the availability of their updated admit cards through the official NTA platforms.
