Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj, has officially released the admission notification for its 2-year LL.M. (Master of Laws) programme for the academic year 2025-26. The university invites online applications from eligible candidates who have completed their law graduation with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized institute. A total of 40 seats are available in the programme.

Application Process and Fee
Candidates can apply online only through the official website of the university from April 28, 2025.
- Application Fee for General and OBC: Rs. 1200/-
- Application Fee for SC/ST/EWS/Divyang: Rs. 800/-
Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
The entrance test will be conducted offline at designated centres within Prayagraj. Candidates are advised to visit the official website www.prsuniv.ac.in regularly for updates regarding test venue and further instructions.
Entrance Exam Pattern
The Common Entrance Test (CET) will be of 2 hours duration, consisting of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs), each carrying 1 mark. There will be no negative marking. The distribution of questions is as follows:
- English Language Comprehension – 20 questions
- Quantitative Mathematics – 20 questions
- General Awareness – 20 questions
- Data Interpretation and Reasoning – 20 questions
- Subject Specific (Law) – 20 questions
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with at least 45% marks from a recognized university.

- Per Semester Fee: Rs. 33,080/-
Tie-Breaker Criteria
In case multiple candidates secure the same score in the entrance test:
- Preference will be given to the candidate with higher marks in the qualifying law degree.
- If the qualifying marks are the same or result is awaited, seniority in age will be considered.
Counselling and Admission Procedure
The admission process includes two stages of counselling:
- Online Allotment of institution based on merit.
- Offline Document Verification at the allotted institution.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
Candidates must bring both original and self-attested photocopies of the following:
- Passport size photographs (2)
- Counseling registration form
- Entrance exam merit printout
- Law graduation mark sheets
- Proof of age (Birth certificate/10th certificate)
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate
- Caste Certificate (for UP domicile SC/ST/OBC - non-creamy layer)
- Income Certificate (for UP domicile SC/ST/OBC - non-creamy layer)
- J&K Migrant Certificate (if applicable)
- UP Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- EWS Certificate (for UP domicile)
- PH Certificate (for UP domicile)
- Gap year affidavit (if applicable)
Note: Candidates must keep documents in the specified order for smooth processing during counselling.
Result and Merit List
The merit list will be published category-wise on the official website. Candidates will be called for counselling based on their merit rank. Admission will be granted accordingly.
