🏛️ About the Competition
The Moot Court Committee of IFIM Law School, Bengaluru, proudly announces the 4th edition of the IFIM National Moot Court Competition, scheduled to be held from 21st to 24th August 2025.
This prestigious national-level competition offers a dynamic platform for budding lawyers to hone their advocacy, research, and legal reasoning skills, especially in the area of Human Rights Law. The moot proposition this year challenges students to explore and critique the adequacy of existing legal frameworks in safeguarding individual identity and truth, drawing attention to emerging dimensions in human rights jurisprudence.
👩⚖️ Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all LL.B. students (3-year or 5-year programmes) from any law college/institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Each institution may send up to two teams.
- Maximum of 48 teams will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.
