Key Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

• Assist the Company Secretary with conducting Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meetings
• Help in preparing notices, agendas, minutes, and maintaining secretarial records
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on Companies Act, FDI policies, and related laws
• Assist in drafting and filing statutory documents and regulatory reports
• Support coordination with internal and external stakeholders

In addition, interns may be asked to manage administrative tasks, aiding in the smooth functioning of the corporate secretarial department.
