About the Internship

A&S Legal is inviting applications for a long-term paid internship under its Dispute Resolution vertical at the Delhi office.

This internship is designed for students who are serious about litigation and dispute resolution practice. Interns will have the opportunity to work directly with senior associates and partners, gaining exposure to complex disputes and real-world problem-solving.

What You Will Learn / Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, and submissions.
• Attend court hearings and assist in matter preparation.
• Work on client advisory and compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with the disputes team on strategic planning and case management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only 4th and 5th year law students (from 5-year integrated LL.B. programs) are eligible.
• Applicants with prior experience in dispute resolution will be preferred.
• Strong research and drafting skills, keen interest in litigation, and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Duration

• 12 months (long-term internship)
• This is a physical, offline internship at the New Delhi office.

Stipend

• The internship is paid.
• The exact stipend amount will be discussed with selected candidates and may vary depending on performance and role.

Location

• New Delhi (Physical Internship)
• Interns will be expected to attend office and court proceedings regularly.
