🔹 About the Internship

Karan Gupta Law Chambers, Bangalore, is inviting applications for its paid internship programme designed for law students keen on disputes and litigation practice. Interns will gain hands-on experience in research, drafting, and client meetings.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Must be enrolled in a recognised law university (3-year or 5-year course).
• Currently in the penultimate or final year of study.
• Prior internship experience in disputes/litigation is required.

🔹 Duration & Slots Available

• January 2026 – 2 slots
• February 2026 – 2 slots
• March 2026 – 2 slots

⏳ Response to applications: 4 weeks before internship start.
❌ No part-time or online applications.

🔹 Stipend

• ₹6,000/month (for students residing in Bangalore).
• ₹6,000 stipend + up to ₹6,000 accommodation reimbursement (for students from outside Bangalore).

🔹 Nature of Work

• Legal research and drafting on dispute-related matters.
• Exposure to litigation practice.
• Opportunity to attend meetings and handle case responsibilities.

🔹 Application Requirements

1. CV (max 3 pages).
2. Statement of Interest (max 300 words) – motivation to practice in disputes/litigation.
3. Case Critique/Analysis (choose one):
   • Gayatri Balasamy v. ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd OR
   • M/s Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra.
     (Include a short summary of the holding + your independent analysis/critique.)
