Allahabad University Extends Ph.D. Admission 2025 Deadline to October 27

The University of Allahabad has officially announced an extension for the Ph.D. Admission 2025 application process. According to the latest press release issued by the Pravesh Bhawan (Admission Office) on October 22, 2025, the last date for registration, submission of application forms, and payment of registration fees has been extended up to October 27, 2025.
Extension Due to High Volume of Requests
The university administration received a significant number of applications and requests from candidates seeking an extension of the registration date for Ph.D. Admissions – 2025.
To ensure that all eligible candidates get an opportunity to apply, the university decided to extend the final date of submission.
This decision is taken in the best interest of students, allowing more applicants to complete their registration and payment formalities without hassle.
Correction Window Announced: October 29 to 31
The University of Allahabad has also provided a correction window for candidates who have already completed their registration process and fee payment.
Applicants will be able to make corrections in their submitted forms between October 29, 2025, and October 31, 2025.
However, the university has clearly mentioned that corrections will not be available in the following fields:

- Social Category
- Email ID
- Mobile Number
- Type of Disability (for PwD candidates)
