🎓 Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in Law (LLB)
- Degree must be from a recognized university
💼 Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal matters
- Out of which at least 3 years experience with Government at National or State level
- Familiarity with:
- Public Health System
- Government policies and strategies
- National Health Programme / Clinical Establishments
- Experience of handling court matters at High Court and Supreme Court of India level
🎯 Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 55 Years
- Age will be calculated as on the closing date of application
💰 Salary / Remuneration
- Consolidated Remuneration: ₹50,000 per month
📝 Terms of Appointment
- Appointment is purely contractual
- Initially for one year
- Extendable for one additional year depending on performance evaluation
