Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following:
• Final-year student enrolled in:
– 5-year LL.B.
– 3-year LL.B.
– LL.M.
• Prior internship experience with law firms or corporate legal departments
• Exposure to contracts, corporate law, legal drafting, legal research, contract management & compliance
• Basic understanding of:
– Corporate governance
– Contract drafting & review
– Compliance matters
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
Roles & Responsibilities
The Legal Intern will be required to:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing & managing contracts and legal documents
• Support corporate legal and compliance activities
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, regulations & governance matters
• Maintain legal records, agreements and documentation
• Support the legal team in daily legal and administrative work
