✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
💼 Experience Required
Mandatory:
✔ Minimum 08 years of experience at the Bar
✔ Proven track record in conducting criminal cases in Courts of Law
📌 Key Terms of Engagement
✔ Full-time appointment
✔ No right to private practice during the contract
✔ No claim for absorption/regularization into NIA cadre
✔ No HRA / Medical / LTC
✔ TA/DA admissible as per norms for travel duty
