Eligibility Criteria
The internship is open for:
- Final-year LL.B students (5-year or 3-year course)
- Recent LL.B graduates
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong research & drafting skills
- Detail-oriented & proactive mindset
- Willingness to learn corporate compliance systems
- Prior exposure to corporate law/compliance (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to assist in:
✔ Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents
✔ Conducting legal research on applicable laws and regulatory frameworks
✔ Supporting internal policy compliance and audit functions
✔ Coordinating with internal teams for contracts and documentation
✔ Maintaining legal repositories, trackers, and filing systems
✔ Supporting the Legal & Compliance team in daily operational tasks
This internship aims to develop real-world corporate legal competencies useful for in-house roles, compliance profiles, and regulatory careers.
