About the Internship
Fox & Mandal & Associates is inviting applications for a long-term corporate law internship at its Bengaluru office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate and transactional matters, providing interns with an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on real-time legal assignments in a structured law firm environment.
Role & Areas of Exposure
Interns will gain practical experience in the following areas:
Assisting the corporate team in transactional and advisory matters
Supporting corporate advisory work for clients across sectors
Drafting, reviewing, and analysing commercial agreements, including NDAs, employment agreements, and related documents
Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
Assisting lawyers in day-to-day corporate law practice and internal documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Law students currently in their 4th year
Prior exposure to corporate law internships is preferred
Strong interest in corporate and commercial law
Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
Duration
6 months
Joining Date
From 1 March 2026 (flexible based on mutual discussion)
Location & Mode
Bengaluru
In-office internship (5 days a week)
