📌 About the Role

As a Legal Operations Coordinator – Intern, you will act as the operational backbone of the document extraction process, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role involves managing workflows, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring timely processing of property-related records.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Tracking and managing incoming document extraction requests
• Ensuring timely extraction and updating status on the internal portal
• Maintaining proper records of receipts issued by Sub-Registrar Offices
• Allocating cases to appropriate contractors/vendors based on region and capacity
• Maintaining trackers to monitor workflow, pendency, and performance metrics
• Coordinating onboarding of new contractors/vendors
• Liaising with vendors for updates, quality checks, and timely report delivery
• Escalating delays or operational issues to relevant internal teams

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel and software platforms
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Strong communication and vendor-management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
• Basic understanding of property-related documentation
• Strong accountability and ownership over tasks
