About the Internship

Position: Advocate Intern

Practice Areas:

Corporate compliance

Commercial disputes

Taxation matters

Exposure to drafting pleadings, legal research, court filings, and advisory work

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Final-year law students

3rd year of 3-year LL.B. course, or

5th year of 5-year integrated LL.B. course

OR

Fresh law graduates enrolled as advocates

Working knowledge of:

Companies Act

Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)

Income Tax laws

Strong legal drafting and research skills

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around South Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will assist in:

Drafting legal documents, notices, and counter-replies

Conducting case law research for commercial suits

Assisting in client consultations related to corporate compliance and tax advisory

Supporting court appearances and arbitration proceedings

Duration

3 to 6 months

Extendable to full-time engagement based on performance

Stipend

₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Stipend will depend on prior experience and performance

Location

Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi
