About the Internship

Internship exclusively for the Delhi Office

Hands-on litigation-focused internship

Interns will work under the direct supervision of

Ms. Akanksha Mehra, Advocate-on-Record (AOR), Supreme Court of India

Exposure to real-time court practice and case management

Eligibility Criteria

5-year LL.B. course: Students in 3rd year and above

3-year LL.B. course: Students in 2nd year and above

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Keen interest in litigation and court practice

Work Profile / Responsibilities

Selected interns will be involved in:

Drafting petitions and appeals before various courts and tribunals

Conducting detailed legal research for matters before:

Supreme Court of India

Delhi High Court

District Courts and Tribunals

Assisting in case briefing and file management

Attending court proceedings

Assisting with filing procedures and procedural compliance

Duration

One month (4 weeks)
