About the Internship

Royaloak India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its Legal Team.

The internship offers hands-on exposure in:

• Corporate legal work
• Contract drafting and vetting
• Compliance management

• Legal research and analysis

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course
• Possess strong legal research and drafting skills
• Have good communication and analytical abilities
• Be proficient in MS Office and legal databases (preferred)
• Be available for immediate joining
• Be willing to work full-time from office throughout the internship duration

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns will be involved in:

• Conducting legal research on laws, regulations, and case laws
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
