About the Job

Advocate Akash Verma is seeking a dedicated Associate Advocate to assist in handling a diverse litigation practice. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in litigation strategy, legal research, drafting, and court appearances while working on matters across multiple areas of law.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Have 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Possess prior experience or have completed a meaningful internship in Indirect Tax (GST & Customs) (preferred).
• Have working knowledge of e-filing before the Delhi High Court (preferred).
• Be willing to work in a litigation-oriented practice involving regular appearances before courts and tribunals.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected Associate Advocate will:

• Assist in handling matters relating to Indirect Tax (GST & Customs).
• Work on Banking and Commercial Litigation.
• Handle Civil Litigation and White-Collar Crime matters.
• Appear before various courts and tribunals.
• Assist in litigation strategy, legal research, and drafting of legal documents.
