About the Job

PMRT Legal is hiring an Associate for its Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi office. The position is suited for advocates with experience in banking and financial litigation and offers an opportunity to work on complex legal matters under key financial statutes. Immediate joining is required.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Have up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Possess prior working knowledge of:
  • The SARFAESI Act, 2002
  • The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDB Act)
  • The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)
  • The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
• Have strong legal drafting, research, and litigation skills.

Salary

The remuneration will be mutually agreed upon based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The firm has stated that the remuneration may be reviewed and revised after the successful completion of the probation period, depending on the Associate's performance and overall contribution.
