About the Job

National Law University Delhi is inviting applications for the position of Academic Fellow (IP Law). The opportunity is intended for candidates interested in contributing to the field of Intellectual Property Law through academic, research, and related work at the University.

The selected candidate will be engaged for a period of one year on a contractual basis for the Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law & Management Programme.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) with a minimum of 55% marks, or an equivalent grade in a point-scale system wherever applicable.

Experience

The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Relevant experience may include:

• IP litigation.
• IP transactions.
• IP research.
• Experience as a teaching assistant.

A strong research record in Intellectual Property Law will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of international Intellectual Property Law, including international IP treaties, will also be considered an additional advantage.
