Job Vacancy: Legal Executive – Litigation & Recovery

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance is currently inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive for the following locations in Madhya Pradesh:

• Bhopal
• Ashta
• Sehore
• Nasrullaganj

This role is suited for individuals with legal acumen and local knowledge, especially in litigation and recovery processes related to the financial services sector.

Role Overview

Profile: Legal Executive – Litigation + Recovery
Job Type: Full-time
Key Areas of Work:

• Handling matters related to Arbitration, Execution Petitions (EP), Negotiable Instruments (NI 138), and Consumer Laws
• Supporting recovery efforts and managing litigation processes
• Coordinating with local authorities and internal teams
• Using computer and Excel tools to maintain case records and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law Graduate (LLB or equivalent)
• Experience: Freshers may apply; however, candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a bank/NBFC will be preferred
• Skills:
  • Local area knowledge is essential
  • Understanding of legal recovery procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations

Salary Details

• Compensation: ₹2.00 LPA to ₹2.50 LPA (CTC)
• Based on candidate experience and location relevance
