Desirable Qualifications
Candidates with the following qualifications/experience will be preferred:
- Sound knowledge of Government Rules, Regulations, and Procedures
- Expertise in service matters, labour laws, and industrial laws
- Experience in contesting cases in Civil Court, Labour Court, Tribunals, and Arbitration
- Skills in drafting MOUs, Contracts, and Legal Agreements
