The High Court’s Vigilance Committee examined documents and call recordings during the preliminary investigation before recommending suspension.

- He must remain stationed at the office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, South (Saket).
- He cannot leave Delhi without prior approval from the competent authority.
- During suspension, he will receive only a subsistence allowance instead of his full salary.
This decision underscores the judiciary’s commitment to maintaining accountability and integrity within the system. The inquiry is expected to proceed further to determine the outcome of the allegations.
