🎓 Qualification Requirements
- Candidate must possess LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university or institute.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India and/or be a retired ADA/DDA.
- Eligible to be registered as an Advocate in any State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.
💼 Desired Experience and Skills
The applicant should have substantial post-Bar license experience of at least 20 years in the following areas:
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Advisory work in large-scale building and construction, town & country planning, and infrastructure projects.
- Aviation and Industrial Projects: Handling compliance issues related to industrial, aviation, or institutional government bodies.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and memorandums.
- Human Resource Legal Matters: Experience in HR management, dispute resolution, and negotiation.
- Government/Financial Sector Work: Experience with corporations, public authorities, or regulatory bodies handling legal compliance and advisory frameworks.
- Court Practice: Prior engagement in High Court or Supreme Court matters, or in senior legal roles within government or corporate sectors.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and interpreting relevant laws, rules, and legislations for large building, construction, and aviation projects.
- Assisting in court cases, preparing affidavits, and providing legal opinions for departmental matters (OAs/WPs/SLPs/CIC).
- Scrutinizing legal documents, agreements, and affidavits.
- Coordinating with concerned divisions for legal compliance and dispute handling.
- Providing continuous legal monitoring and advisory support on regulatory and contractual issues.
💰 Salary and Remuneration
- For Retired ADA/DDA: Last Pay Drawn minus Pension
- For Non-Government Employees:
- LL.B. with 15 years of experience, or
- LL.M. with 12 years of experience
- Consolidated Pay (as per HADC norms)
🎂 Age Limit
- The candidate’s age must not exceed 62 years as on the closing date of this advertisement.
🧩 Selection Procedure
- The Internal Committee of HADC will evaluate all proposals received.
- Selection will be based on CV evaluation and interaction/interview (if required).
- The Committee reserves the right to reject or accept any application without assigning reasons.
