The Legal & Compliance Department plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s contractual operations, dispute management, cybersecurity compliance, risk mitigation, and corporate documentation. Interns joining the team will gain hands-on experience in corporate law, compliance, and software industry regulations.

About the Internship

Invincible Ocean is inviting driven and committed final-year law students and recent graduates to join the Legal & Compliance team as Legal Interns. The internship offers exposure to practical aspects of contract management, compliance, corporate governance, policy drafting, and internal legal coordination.

This internship is ideal for students seeking corporate-sector learning beyond litigation and who wish to build expertise in the technology + law ecosystem.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔ Final-year LLB students / recent LLB graduates
✔ Strong legal research & drafting skills
✔ Good command over written communication
✔ Detail-oriented & proactive approach
✔ Prior exposure to corporate law/compliance (preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

Selected interns will assist in:

🔹 Drafting, reviewing & proofreading legal documents
🔹 Conducting legal research on applicable laws & regulatory compliance
🔹 Assisting in implementation of internal compliance policies
🔹 Coordinating with internal departments for contracts and related documentation
🔹 Maintaining trackers, legal records & documentation systems
🔹 Supporting the Legal & Compliance department in day-to-day operational activities

Stipend

💰 ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on experience)
