About the Internship

Brick & Bolt is seeking driven and detail-oriented Legal Interns to support the Legal Team. Interns will gain practical experience in corporate legal work, contracts, compliance, and policy drafting.

Key Learning Opportunities:

• Drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing concise, actionable summaries
• Assisting in policy drafting/review and supporting compliance-related activities
• Exposure to corporate legal processes and workflows in a tech-enabled construction company

Eligibility

• 5-year LL.B.: 3rd to 5th year students
• 3-year LL.B.: 3rd year students
• Strong academic record and interest in corporate/commercial law preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal notices
2. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for internal use
3. Assist in policy drafting and compliance documentation
4. Coordinate with the legal team for day-to-day tasks

Duration & Mode

• Mode: Remote / In-office (depending on company discretion)
• Duration: Flexible (typically 1–3 months)
