Roles and Responsibilities

    • Replies
    • Written submissions
    • Brief notes for arguments
  • Preparing case summaries and legal opinions

2. Case Management

  • Organising case files and maintaining proper documentation
  • Assisting in preparing briefs for hearings
  • Tracking case listings, updates, and procedural requirements
  • Coordinating with clerks, clients, and court staff as required

3. Court Exposure

  • Attending hearings in:
    • District Courts (Delhi NCR)
    • Courts across NCR jurisdictions
    • Delhi High Court
  • Observing live arguments and understanding court etiquettes
  • Learning procedural aspects like:
    • Filing processes
    • Mentioning
    • Service of notices
    • Daily orders and cause lists

4. Non-litigation Work

  • Assisting in drafting agreements, notices, and legal documents
  • Supporting advisory and consultation matters

This holistic exposure is designed to help interns understand both litigation and chamber practice comprehensively.

  • The duration of the internship will be discussed upon selection
