About the Internship
Mirchandani Advocates & Co. is inviting applications for a 3-month Legal Internship for motivated law students who wish to gain active litigation and IPR experience, rather than purely observational learning. Interns will work closely with senior advocates and be involved in real legal work across courts and IP matters.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
Assisting senior advocates before various courts and tribunals
Conducting legal research and assisting in drafting pleadings
Supporting IPR filings, including trademark and copyright work
Conducting IP searches and preparing replies and documentation
Gaining practical exposure to litigation strategy and court procedures
Eligibility Criteria
2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme
1st or 2nd year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Serious interest in litigation and intellectual property law
Internship Details
Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Duration: 3 Months
